Service areas & collection

Cleaning at your property, with collection and return arranged where relevant.

Updated 22 October 2026

Where we work

We travel to homes, offices and commercial properties across Gauteng. Larger or urgent jobs elsewhere in South Africa may be arranged individually. Travel and accommodation requirements, where relevant, must be agreed in advance.

Arrival and service times

Tell us your suburb, the work required and your preferred date when requesting a quote. Availability and an arrival arrangement are confirmed with the booking. Nighttime and after-hours cleaning is available on special request, by prior arrangement; it is not a promise of a 24-hour emergency service.

Loose rugs and movable items

Contact us before arranging collection or return. Availability, the items accepted, collection and return addresses, timing and any charges must be confirmed for your job. There is no customer-facing shop and no unarranged drop-off facility.

Online product shipping

This cleaning website has no product checkout or general courier-shipping service. The former retail shop and online product sales have closed. Existing customer supply arrangements, if any, are handled directly and are not governed by a new courier promise on this site.

For an earlier order or delivery enquiry, contact montana@a-zchemonline.co.za or call 071 207 4484 with the original order details.
