Which mattress sizes and types do you clean?+
We clean single, three-quarter, double, queen and king mattresses, including standard foam, pillow-top and spring or innerspring mattresses. Spring mattresses can require additional treatment because stains may reappear around internal spring areas after cleaning.
How long does a mattress take to dry?+
Standard drying time is approximately 3–6 hours. Weather, ventilation, airflow, mattress thickness and the amount of cleaning required can affect the final drying time.
Can you remove urine, stains and pet odours?+
General stain treatment and deodorising are included. Urine contamination and pet odours can also be treated. Heavy urine contamination, persistent odours, blood, mould or excessive soiling may need specialised treatment quoted separately. Complete removal cannot be guaranteed. We may decline torn or deteriorating mattresses, active pest infestations, extensive mould or water damage, hazardous contamination, unstable materials or severely damaged internal structures. Bedbug treatment and pest control are separate services.
