How long does the cleaning take?+
Smaller properties may be completed within one day. Larger, furnished or heavily soiled properties may require additional time or more than one cleaning day. The expected completion time is confirmed with the quotation.
What is excluded and what must the customer provide?+
Only the agreed scope is included. Repairs, repainting, restoration, rubble, pest control, hazardous waste, excessive refuse and specialist cleaning are separate. The customer provides access, water and electricity unless another arrangement is confirmed.
